Germans Close the Ibero-American Theatre Festival in Bogotá PAN.OPTIKUM from Germany, one of the country's largest theatre ensembles who are also part of the cultural programme of the Football World Championship in Germany in 2006, were commissioned to put on a spectacular show with pyrotechnics to close the 10th Ibero-American Theatre Festival of Bogotá. About 80,000 people came together in the Park Simón Bolívar of Bogotá to see the show performed by PAN.OPTIKUM; a perfect combination of theatre, video, dance and music in which more than 20 artists merged the brilliance of the special effects and pyrotechnic effects with the motion of their bodies...This size of audience broke the record for spectator numbers in the history of the theatre festival in Bogotá.
