The large-scale outdoor production was commissioned in Germany by the DFB cultural foundation for the 2006 Football World Championship.

P.O. tells the story of a football trainer, not without irony, who wants to survive in the not always conflict-free world of football with its officials, journalists, players and fans, and who reviews his life with its wins and losses during a decisive moment in a match.

In addition to performances in many cities in Germany, the production was shown in Salamanca, Spain as well  as in Zacatecas and at the Cervantino Festival in Mexico.
