EUROPEAN COOPERATION

EUROPEAN COOPERATION

Our artistic work is inseparably linked to a socio-political and cultural mission: For us, art and culture serve as bridges that connect people across borders. In times of global challenges, we see a strong and united European collaboration as a vital necessity.

That is why Aktionstheater PAN.OPTIKUM has been actively engaged in cross-border projects for many years.

Over the past decade, two major cooperation projects have been funded by the European Commission: POD – Power of Diversity, the Crossing Lines Project and PPP – People Power Partnership. These initiatives brought together over 200 young creatives from across Europe: dancers, performers, stage artists, producers, and presenters.

Together, they created a sustainable network of exchange, participation, and artistic innovation.

These networks continue to inspire new partnerships, joint tours, and a profound European understanding of art as a driving force for social development. They offer ongoing spaces for aesthetic dialogue, artistic growth, and the lived practice of cultural encounter. This process generates impulses for social inclusion, intercultural dialogue, and new forms of collective creativity.
