PAN.OPTIKUM’s ability to think on a large scale, integrate its own workshops into the production process, and actively involve local artists and culture enthusiasts has made the company a sought-after partner for special events both in Germany and abroad.

In recent years, this expertise has led to numerous commissioned works each developed specifically for its unique context.

Most recently, PAN.OPTIKUM opened Barcelona’s 2024 winter culture season with the large-scale project “Solvern”, performed in front of more than 25,000 spectators.
Other commissioned productions include:

“Blink” in Margate, UK – created with Wayne McGregor from the Royal Ballet House London, also performed for over 25,000 people
