WHO CARES? is a participatory community arts project in the Brühl/Güterbahnhof area of Freiburg.

At the center, and as a source of inspiration, is compost (!) as a metaphor for transformation, diversity, and co-creation.

Staged for urban squares, industrial halls, or arenas with several thousand spectators, large-scale productions are a hallmark of Aktionstheater PAN.OPTIKUM.

In close collaboration with local actors, musicians and dancers, we develop original stage works that blend theatre, music and movement in distinctive ways.

Urban dance has become a key element without being bound to any one style.
